Abstract

One health problems in Central Kalimantan Province is Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF), because it’s incidence rate above the target of the Ministry of Health. The indicator of dengue transmission is observed by the presence of Aedes sp larvae, as measured by the value of House Index (HI), Breteau Index (BI), Container Index (CI) and Wiggler-Free Number (ABJ). This research was to conduct the value of HI, BI, CI and ABJ in Gunung Mas, Murung Raya and Pulang Pisau Regency in Central Kalimantan Province so that prevention of dengue transmission can be done properly. Data collected in the form of Aedes sp. Larvae. out of 100 houses in residential areas both inside and outside the house. HI value in Gunung Mas, Murung Raya and Pulang Pisau Regency is higher than WHO standards, the value of BI in Gunung Mas and Pulang Pisau Regencies is ≥ 50. CI values in the three districts are %5%, meaning that they have a high risk of dengue transmission. ABJ values in the three districts are below the standards set by the Ministry of Health, which is below 95%, meaning that there is still a spread of DHF in the three regions.
